In this tdl i have created two version

Release Notes Version v1

1. Entry verification can do through Voucher Verification tally prime default feature, after verification of entires on day book status will show audited. Status also display in Vch Entries.
2. No one can alter audited entries
3. Owner can delete audited entries
4. User can not delete/cancel/alter audited entries
5. Staus of vouchers can change from tally verification default feature, after change of status of vouchers can modify entries.

Release Notes Version v2

1. Entry verification can do through day book button not from Voucher Verification tally prime default feature, after verification of entires on day book status will show is audited yes.

2. No one can alter audited entries
3. Owner can delete audited entries
4. User can not delete/cancel/alter audited entries
5. Audited voucher Staus cant change so cant modify entries only delete them through owner user of tally.

Question:- is bank statement must be download from site in csv format. Can i download in excel format?

Answer:- if your bank provide facility to download excel statement then it will better so now you no need to convert csv to excel. It means if you download statement in excel format your 1 step reduce to utilize this utility.

Question:- how can i maintain same format of bank statement if my bank not pnb unlike your video?

Answer:- you can maintain columns exactly I shown in the video. If you unable do that share with me your sample bank statement I will create video for your bank statement or may create another utility as per your needs.

Question:- if asking for f10 parameter value? What is this..is it error?

Answer:- after creating xls format statement...make sure that a1 cell of excel statement must have anything value. A1 cell not to be empty. If empty write anything in cell a1 and save your statement. Then try this utility. Enjoy...

To import data from Busy software to Tally, you can follow these general steps:

Export the data from Busy software in the required format Excel as per Tally's import format guidelines.

1. Open Tally software and navigate to the gateway of Tally.

2. Select the option 'Import Busy Data' from the gateway of Tally.

3. Select the appropriate company where you want to import the data and Set the file path that you want to import Excel Sales Data of Busy win.

4.Insert full path with proper file extension and set sheet number of excel file in given field.

5. Tally will then display the details of the data that will be imported. Check the details and confirm the import.

Once the import is complete, Tally will display the status of the import process. Verify the imported data in the Tally company and make any necessary corrections.

In this tdl you can import Busy win Sales Invoice Data into Tally.

How to Install the TDL File in Tally

Step 1. Go to Gateway of Tally.
Step 2. Then Press Ctrl+Alt+T button
Step 3. Now Press F4 Button or Click on “Manage Local TDL” button
Step 4. Now do “Yes” to “Loan TDL Files on Startup” option
Step 5. Now in the next line “List of TDL Files to preload on Startup” Enter the TDL File Path or Location Like “E:\File.tdl”
Step 6. Now save the settings
Your TDL File is ready to use.

How to Generate GSTR1 Json from tally

Step 1. Go to Gateway of Tally > Display Menu >Statutory Reports > GST Reports >GSTR1
Step 2. Select Correct Date from and To Date by usning Alt+F2 Key
Step 3. Click on button Ctrl+E "Export GSTR1" Right Hand Side

Step 4. Input Format must be JSON & select properly export location then save the settings by press Ctrl+A

Step 5. It will export on desired location
Your JSON GSTR1 File is ready to upload on portal.

आज मैं इस आर्टिकल में आपको बहुत ही इंपॉर्टेंट TDL देने जा रहा हूं । आपको जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि इस आर्टिकल को बनाने का आईडिया मुझे आप द्वारा भेजे गए ईमेल से ही मिला है और जिस किसी ने भी मुझे यह idea दिया है मैं उनको for 1 Year के लिए इस TDL को देने वाला हूं लेकिन उनको अपना टेली सीरियल नंबर मुझे मेल करना होगा।

दोस्तों यदि आपके पास भी कोई अच्छा tally tdl बनाने का idea है मतलब Idea ऐसा होना चाहिए जो हम सभी की टैली में प्रॉब्लम को सॉल्व करे तो यदि आपके पास ऐसा आईडिया है तो मुझे आप मेल कर सकते हैं और यदि वह Idea मुझे अच्छा लगेगा simple lagega और मैं उस पर टैली TDL डेवलप करता हूं तो Idea शेयर करने वाले को वह TDL 1 year के लिए फ्री दिया जाएगा ।

चलिए tdl के बारे में बात करते हैं कई बार क्या होता है कि हमारा स्टॉक बीच-बीच में नेगेटिव चला जाता है और जिसका हमें अंदाजा नहीं होता है मतलब पता नहीं चलता है कि stock किस डेट में नेगेटिव गया है स्टॉक summary देखने पर तो सब कुछ ठीक-ठाक लगता है लेकिन अंदर किसी एक डेट को या मल्टीपल डेट्स को स्टॉक नेगेटिव चला जाता है । तो tally तो हमें केवल उन नेगेटिव स्टॉक के बारे में इन्फॉर्म करता है जो कि running डेट में नेगेटिव हैं यदि बीच में कहीं कोई item नेगेटिव हुआ है तो उसके बारे में इंफॉर्मेशन पता नहीं चलती है ।

बीच में नेगेटिव स्टॉक का पता करने के लिए हमें एक - एक स्टॉक को शुरू से लेकर एंड तक पूरा पूरा ओपन करके देखना पड़ता है तब जाकर हम कहीं हमारे नेगेटिव स्टॉक का पता लगा पाते हैं तो इसी समस्या का समाधान आज इस tally tdl में ले कर के आया हूं। आप केवल एक बटन दबाकर अपना नेगेटिव स्टॉक देख सकते हैं।
